Orders are processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on national holidays. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday, will be processed the following business day.
Paroera wants you to be happy with your purchase, if you are unsatisfied with your order we will accept your return within 14 days of your order's arrival for store credits. Please email customercare@paroera.com with your return request within 14 days of the date your item was delivered. The returnee is responsible for any additional shipping charges. We are not responsible for any return packages not received.
